Personal data processed

Identity (name, Turkish ID number), contact (email, phone, address), customer transaction (orders, quotes, payment notices, requests and notes), financial (tax number, tax office, billing details) and transaction security data (an irreversible digest derived from the IP address, access logs).

Purposes

• taking orders, and building, invoicing and delivering products,
• handling quote requests and preparing quotes,
• after-sales support, warranty and service,
• meeting accounting, invoicing and tax obligations,
• information security and preventing abuse of the forms,
• protecting our rights in legal disputes.

Collection method and legal basis

Personal data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the order and quote forms on the site and by email, phone and WhatsApp. It is processed on the legal bases in article 5(2) of the KVKK: entering into or performing a contract (c), legal obligation (ç), establishing, exercising or protecting a right (e) and legitimate interest (f).

Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, personal data may be shared with carriers, the payment institution iyzico and banks, invoicing and accounting providers, hosting, database and email infrastructure providers, the Google reCAPTCHA service, and competent public authorities. As some infrastructure providers have servers abroad, data may be transferred abroad in accordance with article 9 of the KVKK.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to know who it was shared with, to ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, to object to results of automated analysis, and to claim compensation.
