The KMS-7000 dries and polishes washed knives, forks and spoons at an average of 7,000 an hour. The natural corn-cob granules inside are kept warm by a 500 W heating element, and according to the KMS catalogue its 8 W UV-C germicidal lamp sterilises the granules and the cutlery and ensures 99% hygiene. Cutlery comes out untouched by hand, spotless and ready for service.

The TB-500 wipes and dries plates, compartment trays and trays of different sizes at an average of 500 an hour. Hot air from a 1,000 W heating element evaporates the water while microfibre brushes polish the surface. That puts an end to plates stacked wet and dried one by one with a cloth. The 25 kg of granules in the set covers the KMS-7000’s consumables for its first months; we recommend replacing the granules roughly every 1.5 to 2 months.
